Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Vet Van Laundry Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms

1. Services Provided

Vet Van Laundry Services LLC provides wash, dry, fold, and related laundry services, including pickup and delivery where applicable.

2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

  • Removing all personal items from pockets prior to service

  • Ensuring clothing is suitable for standard machine washing and drying

  • Informing us of any special care instructions prior to service

We are not responsible for damage to items that are not labeled or communicated as requiring special care.

3. Pocket Contents Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any items left in pockets, including but not limited to:

  • Money

  • Pens or markers

  • Jewelry

  • Electronics (e.g., earbuds, phones, chargers)

Any damage caused to clothing or other items due to objects left in pockets is the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Lost or Missing Items
While we take reasonable care in handling all laundry, Vet Van Laundry Services LLC is not responsible for lost or missing items unless:

  • The item is reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and

  • The item is clearly documented and verified as missing during our service process

If a claim is accepted, compensation—if any—will be limited to the current fair market value of the item, not replacement cost.

5. Damage or Liability Limitations

We exercise reasonable care in processing laundry; however:

  • We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage due to manufacturer defects

  • We are not liable for items that cannot withstand standard washing and drying processes

  • Our maximum liability for any damaged item is limited to the lesser of $50 per item or the fair market value

6. Unclaimed Laundry
Laundry not claimed within 14 days of completion may be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Heavily soiled items (biohazards, chemicals, etc.)

  • Infested items (bed bugs, fleas, etc.)

  • Any items that pose a safety or health risk

9. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information. We are not responsible for missed services due to incorrect or incomplete details.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
