Refund Policy

Vet Van Laundry Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality laundry services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service credits may be issued.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of laundry services, all sales are final. We do not guarantee refunds once services have been completed. However, we will review all concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service (e.g., items not cleaned properly), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Rewash the items at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a partial refund or service credit

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items left in pockets that cause damage

  • Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or color bleeding

  • Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed

  • Odors or stains that remain after standard washing

  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, traffic, etc.)

4. Lost or Missing Items
Claims for lost or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Approved claims, if any, will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and are limited to fair market value, not replacement cost.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before pickup may be eligible for a full refund

  • Orders canceled after pickup has occurred are not eligible for a refund

6. Service Credits
In some cases, we may issue a service credit instead of a refund. Credits must be used within 30 days and are non-transferable.

7. Payment Processing Fees
Any approved refunds may be subject to processing fees deducted by third-party payment providers.
